FL300 Grow LED is a 550W top lamp emitting light in the photosynthetic active area of ​​the visible light spectrum. Our solutions correspond to the most modern production greenhouses in the world and are designed to withstand the adverse conditions in a glass building throughout the year, year after year. The minimalist design means easy installation using standard technologies. On the other hand, thanks to the minimal shade coverage chart, FL300 Grow is able to produce good quality plants all year round. This makes this solution a natural replacement for traditional HPS systems used today.

 

The ability to control

The light spectrum can be designed for individual crops in combination with LCC4 climate control systems. An alternative to the LCC4 climate control system is the small control unit that allows you to control 49 devices. Another option is to use the LED Light Controller, which can be connected to a climate control computer from another supplier. In this way, you can maintain full control over the LED installation. The FL300 Grow lamp is CE marked and complies with the garden lighting standards and the ROHS Directive.

 

Documented results

The PKM greenhouse is one of the largest flower plantations in Europe with a total area of ​​260,000 m2 and is known for using innovation in the development of new plants, as well as being a pioneer in the field of new technologies. While the another four seasons, PKM tested our LED systems, and from 2011 to 2014, over 300,000 Campanula flowers have grown under our LED lamps. The results show the following advantages of using lamps:

  • 53% energy saving compared to a conventional HPS system
  • 43% electricity savings compared to the new 1000W HPS system
  • Result: The same quality of plants and the same selling price as for cultivation using a 1000W HPS system

The application indicates that despite low energy consumption, plants thrive very well in a “new light” and are the same or, taking into account some parameters, better than when using the HPS system.
